OSAC Meeting Notes – January 2011

Study Session: The study session was devoted to following up on items from the November retreat. Presentations and discussion were about the potential for a citizen survey and 10-year funding plan. Details of both are described later when the final version’s products were discussed.

Regular Session: NREL requested easements through Pleasant View Community Park to allow access the NREL site plus parking improvements. Two easements related to site access and other construction, while a third related to an earthen berm and a sanitary sewer. The easements were approved, as they will not significantly impact Pleasant View’s plans for their park.
