Study Session: Director Hoby presented the Open Space goals for 2011 including specific objectives for each Open Space park.
Regular Session: Thea Rock reviewed the 2010 accomplishments. OSAC agreed with staff that an enlarged proposal for acquisition of 1074 acres along Highway 126 North of Pine should not be considered because of lack of access and no potential for trail connectivity. OSAC approved obtaining license from Xcel Energy for a 50 foot by 20 foot trail segment on North Table Mountain.
