Blair Hamill is a professional landscape painter whose work can be found in juried shows around Colorado, in The Old Gallery in Allenspark, the Studio Gallery in Estes Park, Ft. Collins Museum of Art and numerous small shows in non-traditional spaces around the Denver metro area.

His pieces all begin as plein air studies, as Blair uses a method of sketching and plein air painting a scene, then bringing that reference material back to the studio and painting a larger piece from his studies.

Blair has placed in the top 15% in the Bold Brush competition, been featured in the Foothills Art Center National Watermedia exhibit, placed in the top three at the Lone Tree Cultural Center juried show and his paintings are featured in collections worldwide.
