August 8, 2013 - Master Plan Drafts

PLAN Jeffco actively participated with Open Space staff and Advisory Committee members to modify the initial Master Plan draft. The Master Plan was modified in a number of work sessions to clearly delineate how the Open Space Division should operate and set achievable five-year goals for various areas of the program.

PLAN Jeffco actively supported a joint application between Jefferson and Clear Creek Counties for a grant from Great Outdoors Colorado to extend recreational development along the Clear Creek Corridor. The $4.6 million grant will allow development of about four miles of trail including additional parking along Highway 6.
