The Elk Meadow Dog Off-Leash Area is the 107 acre section of Elk Meadow Park south of Stagecoach Boulevard. The Dog Off-Leash Area includes an unfenced portion with trails and a 5 acre fenced enclosure.

Don't unleash your dog(s) until you are within the dog park—keep them leashed in the street & parking areas. See the Rules below!

Required: proof of current license & vaccinations (including rabies).

Elk Meadow Park Dog Off-Leash Area - Jefferson County Open Space "Pets in Parks" - before your visit, read the Jeffco Open Space Pet Brochure.

Dogs:

Don't unleash your dog(s) until you are within the dog park (keep them leashed in the street and parking areas!)

Dogs must be under voice control & within sight at all times.

Pick up after your pet immediately & dispose of pet waste properly.

Dogs that are not allowed:

Dogs that are in not in good heath or are injured.

Dogs that are not socialized & well behaved.

Female dogs that are in heat.
